These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, programs, resources, content, memberships, coaching services, workshops, events, and related offerings.
By accessing this website or purchasing, registering for, or participating in any service offered by Clarity With Crystal, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
All services, memberships, programs, coaching engagements, workshops, and resources are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
By using this website or participating in our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years old.
2. PURPOSE OF OUR SERVICES
Our services are designed to support leadership development, professional growth, personal growth, productivity, decision-making, communication, self-awareness, and related educational objectives.
Our goal is to help you gain greater clarity.
We do not promise specific outcomes, results, promotions, revenue increases, business success, personal transformation, or life changes.
Results depend on many factors, including your effort, commitment, circumstances, decisions, environment, timing, and actions.
You remain solely responsible for your own choices and outcomes.

Clarity With Crystal, LLC works with professionals, leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations.
Client acknowledges that all employment, personnel, hiring, firing, compensation, promotion, compliance, disciplinary, strategic, operational, and organizational decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Client and/or the Client's employer.
No coaching conversation should be interpreted as a directive or instruction to take any particular employment-related action.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6. USER CONDUCT
We believe clarity thrives in respectful spaces.

7. MEMBERSHIP AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
Participation in community spaces, group coaching environments, and membership programs is a privilege, not a right.

Preserve the privacy of fellow participants
While we encourage confidentiality among participants, we cannot guarantee that other members will maintain confidentiality.
Participants assume responsibility for any information they choose to share.
Clarity With Crystal, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or inconsistent with community standards.
Removal may occur without refund.
8. PAYMENTS
Fees for services, memberships, workshops, programs, and events are due according to the payment terms presented at registration or purchase.
Payment plans are a courtesy provided by Clarity With Crystal, LLC.
Failure to maintain scheduled payments may result in:
Suspension of access
Removal from programs
Revocation of membership privileges
Immediate acceleration of any remaining balance owed
Client remains responsible for all agreed-upon fees regardless of participation level.
9. REFUND POLICY
Because coaching, memberships, workshops, and educational services involve reserved time, intellectual property, and immediate access to materials, refunds are limited.
Refund requests submitted within seven (7) calendar days of enrollment may be considered for a partial refund, less:
Services already rendered
Materials delivered
Administrative costs
Processing fees
After seven (7) calendar days, refunds generally will not be provided.
Participants who miss sessions retain access to available recordings when applicable and therefore are not entitled to refunds for missed sessions.
Refund decisions remain solely within the discretion of Clarity With Crystal, LLC.
10. RECORDINGS
Programs, group sessions, workshops, trainings, and membership activities may be recorded.
By participating, you consent to such recordings.
Recordings remain the property of Clarity With Crystal, LLC.
Authorized participants may receive limited access to recordings for personal use only.
Recording, copying, downloading, distributing, sharing, publishing, or reproducing recordings without written permission is prohibited.
Access to recordings may be revoked upon termination of membership or program participation.
11. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We value your privacy and will make reasonable efforts to protect information shared during coaching and participation in our services.
However, coaching is not a legally privileged relationship.
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed under all circumstances.
We reserve the right to disclose information when required by law, court order, or where safety concerns reasonably require disclosure.
12. TESTIMONIALS
Testimonials, endorsements, and success stories presented by Clarity With Crystal, LLC reflect individual experiences.
They are not guarantees of future results.
Your experience may differ substantially from those described by others.
Written consent will be obtained before any testimonial is publicly shared.
13. TECHNOLOGY AND AI
Clarity With Crystal, LLC may utilize technology platforms and artificial intelligence tools for administrative support, content development, organization, scheduling, communication, note-taking, and related business operations.
Clients remain responsible for exercising independent judgment regarding any information, recommendations, resources, or materials provided.
No technology-assisted process should be considered a substitute for professional advice.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Clarity With Crystal, LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Illness
Natural disasters
Weather events
Internet outages
Technology failures
Platform disruptions
Government actions
Emergencies
Acts of God
Services may be rescheduled, modified, or substituted at our discretion when such events occur.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity With Crystal, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the website or participation in services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client to Clarity With Crystal, LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion and mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Michigan.
The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable costs and fees as permitted by law.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively within the State of Michigan.
18. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
